Repairs

BIBI does not currently operate an in-house repair workshop. We can still help you take the right first step when an item arrives with a problem or is damaged later.

If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

Do not wear, wash, alter or repair it. Contact BIBI with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and label. An outside repair carried out before review can affect the available resolution.

If damage happened after use

Review the care label and consider a reputable local alteration or specialist activewear repair service. Stretch seams, technical fabrics, bonded details and zips often need different repair methods, so show the specialist the full garment composition where available.

Care before repair

• Wash according to the garment label and avoid high heat unless specifically permitted.
• Keep hook-and-loop closures, zips and rough hardware away from delicate stretch fabrics.
• Do not use fabric softener on performance fabrics unless the care label allows it.
• Stop wearing an item when a seam begins to open; early repair can limit further damage.
