Guides & Advice
A calm place for practical fit, styling and care guidance—built for a wardrobe that moves between training and everyday life.
Build your BIBI wardrobe
01 · Begin with your routine
Choose around what you actually do: low-impact studio sessions, strength training, walking, travel or relaxed daily wear. A product's visual style does not automatically define its level of support.
02 · Select the foundation
Start with the category you repeat most: leggings or shorts, a sports bra, and one versatile top. Add a hoodie, jacket or relaxed bottom only when it serves the way you layer.
03 · Read the product, not only the picture
Check the product-specific size chart, fabric composition, stretch description, care label and any support or opacity notes that are available.
Fit advice
- Between sizes: prioritize the measurement for the area where the garment is most fitted.
- Compression: a close feel can be intentional, but the garment should not restrict breathing or normal movement.
- Light colors: choose seamless underwear and assess opacity in natural light before removing tags.
- One-pieces: torso length can matter as much as bust, waist and hip.
Care advice
Follow the sewn-in label first. Washing cool, closing zips, using a laundry bag for delicate pieces, avoiding fabric softener on performance textiles and air drying can help activewear retain its shape.
